About us
This site is run by Charlie & Bella's Creations CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, company number 17214107, registered office 50 Bowers Drive, Bursledon, Southampton, England, SO31 8LZ. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Bidding in auctions
Placing a bid is an offer to buy that artwork for the amount you enter, and it is a genuine commitment. Each new bid must be higher than the current highest bid. When an auction closes, the highest valid bid wins, and we will contact the winning bidder by email with a secure PayPal link to pay. Payment is due promptly after you are contacted. We may withdraw, re-list or decline any lot, and we may end an auction early where necessary.
Where the money goes
Proceeds from each sale are split 50% to the creator, 40% to charity, and 10% to administration. This split is consistent and does not change.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and, as gifts, are non-refundable.
Submitting artwork
By submitting a child's artwork you confirm that you are the parent or guardian, or otherwise have authority to do so, and that you consent to the artwork potentially being displayed and offered for sale on these terms. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Intellectual property
Content on this site belongs to Charlie & Bella's Creations CIC or the respective rights holders and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
