Our commitment
Charlie & Bella's Creations CIC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The welfare of the child always comes first. This policy covers how we handle children's artwork, images and information through this website.
Images and information about children
We only display a child's artwork, first name or age where a parent or guardian has given informed consent. We never publish a child's surname, school, home area, contact details or anything else that could identify or locate them. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and we will remove the relevant content promptly when asked.
How content is controlled
All images and details relating to children are uploaded and managed by us. Submitted artwork is held privately and is only published after we have reviewed it. We store this material securely and do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the website.
Online safety
The website provides no way for members of the public to contact a child directly. Bidding, submissions and all communication run through the CIC, never through a child.
Reporting a concern
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Chloe Croxford, who can be reached at charlie.bella.creations@cbcreations.info. If you have a concern about a child's safety or about any content on this site, please contact us straight away. Where we believe a child may be at risk of harm we will act without delay, including contacting the NSPCC, the relevant local authority, or the police as appropriate. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
